Yes, you can cancel your order within 12–24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible .After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

 

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Support@modaelegance.com. We can update your address only if your order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

 

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email, including clear photos of the damaged item. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
